The Bones

We use only the highest quality ingredients. Our bones are harvested from pasture-raised, grass-fed and grass-finished cattle and lamb raised by Chiricahua Pasture Raised Meats (http://cprmeats.com). We get our bones from the Tucson CSA (http://www.tucsoncsa.org) who supplies local customers with meat shares. This way, we support zero-waste using the otherwise discarded bones!

The Herbs

We only use organic herbs and vegetables. We grow our own herbs, and supplement with organic herbs when needed. We do our best to buy locally grown carrots, celery and onions. We use Redmond’s Sea Salt.

  • Organic white or yellow onion

  • Organic apple cider vinegar
